OMOLOLA ADEGOKE
Founder & President
Omolola Adegoke is a first-generation Nigerian-American Masters Degree candidate in International Development at the University of Portsmouth, U.K.
Lola is a serial entrepreneur as she founded a conglomerate of small businesses that she built from the ground up: the globally recognized faith-based apparel & accessories brand: Blessed Afrique Boutique and Nigeria’s # 1 language learning platform: Soro Ni Yoruba, that she co-founded with her friend.
She has a passion for development in Africa because she believes that God’s purpose for her life is to reform the continent of Africa one country at a time. She once said, “Stop calling Africa poor. Africa is not poor, countries in Africa are only run poorly." With this statement, she believes that every child has the absolute right to live a healthy life and to be educated. Different experiences have inspired her to effect change in her home country and that's what she intends to do.
She strongly believes that providing a better tomorrow with HOPE for today is her life’s calling and she’s wholeheartedly committed to making that happen one project at a time.
CHINEMELU ELONU
Vice President & Director of Media and Publicity
Chinemelu Elonu Graduated from Texas A&M University-College Station, former draft pick of Los Angeles Lakers and current basketball player overseas.
He started the “Agent of Hope” under HFU as a way to let people know that its possible to know that you can inspire anyone with kindness, lending a helping hand, teaching someone and endless ways. You don’t need to be famous or rich to positively impact someone’s life.
As much as he loves God, Family, and Friends, he has a strong admiration when it comes to helping others in any capacity, he goes by the common saying that, "One random act of kindness does many great things for the world."
Being able to be a co-founder of the Hope For Us Charity is considered an honor to him and this is just the beginning.
CHIBUZO ELONU
Director of Internal Relations
Chibuzo is a Graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
He is passionate about Education and the powers it posses.
He is an educator who is hoping to be able to teach the next President of the United States, Member of Congress, Doctors, Veterinarian, Banker, Business Owner, Teacher, and or Amazing Citizens of the world.
He wants to be able to inspire those he teaches and comes into contact. With love and education, we can change the world we live in for the future of our children.
ESTHER ADEWUYI
Financial Secretary
Esther Adewuyi popularly known as Esther Crystal is a 20-year-old Blogger and Well – Being Motivator, who uses her Instagram as a platform to help people see the best version of those around them, their environment and themselves by expressing her own journey to be the best version of herself.
Esther is currently studying to get her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems student in Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia.
Esther is on a mission to change the view of Nigeria and Africa as a whole by helping to improve the economy by reducing crime most especially fraud.
She believes change can start from one person and would love for Africans to be more balanced around, take mental health more seriously and see the evidence of their hard work.
HORLANE MBAYO
Director of Research & Development
Horlane is Congolese and lives in London UK and has an MSc in International Development with a regional focus in African Development from the London School of Economics and Politics Science (LSE).
She also holds BSc in International Politics.
She’s passionate about Africa’s development and believes that by working together we can positively impact Africa’s development trajectory.
LOLADE ADELEKE
Director of Sponsorship & Fundraising
Lolade Is An Alumni From The University Of North Texas, Where She majored in Public Health.
Currently, She Is Working at a Medical equipment company as an office manager in Houston; and also pursuing her masters in Health Administration to focus on ways to better deliver healthcare needs and help in learning ways to help people get the utmost care.
She is interested in finding ways to help those in need, especially in regards to healthcare and administrative; especially when it concerns women health.
